The Continental O 470 S has been overhauled by Deltair and now has approximately 10 hours since major overhaul. At the same time the engine received factory-new Superior cylinders, powder-coated baffles, new McFarlane engine controls, a powder-coated engine bearer and new Barry engine mounts. A brand-new McCauley 2A34C203/90DCA 8 Black Mac propeller was also installed, giving the next owner substantial peace of mind and eliminating one of the largest ownership costs associated with classic Cessna aircraft.The aircraft is equipped with the sought-after Horton STOL conversion including leading-edge cuff, wing fences, drooped wingtips, flap gap seals and aileron gap seals. The instrument coaming, glare shield and panel fascia have been refinished in matt black, creating a clean, modern cockpit presentation while retaining the aircraft s original character.
