N811DM2018 Cirrus SR22T G6With a factory new properly broken in engine with 130 hours since new, a factory refurbished and zero timed propeller plus a full suite of options of pretty much every extra you could want, N811DM is a machine. Fresh out Annual (Aug 26) from RGV Aviation - the best in Europe, if not anywhere.I broke the engine myself, running her in exactly as per the book. The results speak for themselves. Compressions are the best you ll ever find. Worth also noting is the oil consumption, 1 qt per 15 - 20 hours flight, but particularly also the CHTs. On climb out generally 330 - 350, never once exceeded 362, and she settles to 300 - 328 in the cruise within minutes. These are simply the best set of numbers you will ever see on a turbo. Typical numbers; Fuel burn 16.3 TAS 187 FL170 TIT 1560 CHT 296.After the first 25 hours break in, I ferried DM myself back to the UK all the way from North Carolina. New York, Martha s Vineyard, Boston, Portland, Bangor, Goose Bay, Nuuk (Greenland), Kulusuk, Rekyavic, Wick then Norwich, all without missing a beat.Since then DM has already been to Europe six times, including Bergen and the fjords, with a 2.40 flight home direct to Norwich from Bergen straight across the North Sea, four up with luggage, life raft, lot of TKS, full O2 and landed with 2.1 hours of fuel. Hard to beat the performance of a mission profile like this.Extras include factory air con - a must to be honest ( I didn t have it on my old G3 and that was a big miss ) FIKI, again a must, Factory oxygen, satellite phone and weather link, another must for the serious pilot; the last three trips to Germany it has been invaluable to route around convective activity. The EVS camera is a great back up and very useful when flying at night to pick up and avoid cloud formations ahead. The Garmin NXI is worth every penny and is a HUGE leap up from the legacy Garmin G1000 from the G5 and before. The Tanis pre heater is obviously essential for
